Service Delivery Timeline

1. What is delivered
Phorm is a digital software service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so nothing waits on couriers: delivery means your workspace being live and your login working.
2. Sign-up requests
Requests submitted through the contact page are answered within 2 business days.
3. Onboarding
Your workspace is configured and live within 5 business days of the signed coach agreement.
4. Access
Platform access is available immediately once your account is activated — 24 hours a day, at the portal.
5. Support
Product and onboarding queries are answered at team@phorm.fitness within 2 business days.
