Coach online from South Africa. Get paid in rand.
Phorm is coaching business software run by C-Suite Holdings, a South African company in Johannesburg. Manage clients, review check-ins and build training and meal plans in one place, and take client payments in rand.
Paid in rand, into your own bank account
Clients pay by card through Paystack, in rand. Your bank account is linked to Phorm as a Paystack subaccount, so your share of every payment settles straight to your own South African bank account. Phorm never holds client money. Paystack charges its own processing fees, set out in your coach agreement.
Work out the cost in rand
Phorm charges commission on the client payments processed each month: 15% on Flex, 7.5% on Annual and from 5% on Scale. There is no setup fee and no fixed monthly fee, and a client who pays nothing in a month costs nothing that month. The pricing page opens in rand for visitors in South Africa: enter your client count and fee, and it shows your monthly cost.
Client terms written for POPIA
Every client accepts terms and a privacy notice written for the Protection of Personal Information Act. Health information is processed only with the client’s consent, as section 26 requires, and the client can withdraw it. The notice names the service providers that handle client data, including those outside South Africa.
Nothing for clients to download
Clients open their portal in the browser on any phone or computer and sign in with a link sent to their email. Their weekly check-in, with measurements and progress photos, their training and their meal plan are all there. There is no app to install and no password to forget.
